| 地质螺旋钻杆是我公司在地质钻杆高扭矩性能的基础上，采用单螺旋叶片或双螺旋叶片，经预应力缠绕工艺加工焊接而成。 钻杆杆体选用优质地质专用合金钢管，钻杆接头选用优质合金结构钢，经真空调质处理，大大提高了抗疲劳强度和抗剪切强度。 采用先进的摩擦焊焊接生产工艺，钻杆具有抗弯强度高，焊接牢固等特点。 生产设备完全采用先进的数控加工设备，具有生产效率高、质量稳定的特点。能够保证深孔钻进时对直线度的要求。超低螺旋的螺旋叶片设计使该产品具有扭矩大，排渣速度快，钻孔成型好，不易卡钻的特点。特别适合于通水排渣效果不好的松软煤层和类煤岩的深孔钻探。 直径Φ73以下的地质螺旋钻杆，可与各种全液压钻机直接配套使用，利用钻机直接夹装钻杆螺旋外圆进行钻进和更换钻杆，方便快捷，大大降低了操作人员的劳动强度。在超松软高压煤层条件下的钻孔，采用套钻施工工艺时，可选用直径为90，113，133，146的大螺旋地质钻杆，便捷实现岩芯管的铺设安装。本系列产品为矿井的高效深孔钻探提供了保证，填补了国内空白。 |
